Through community outreach projects, B.A. Lazaro Insurance stays attuned to the needs of the community, continuously optimizing their services. With the capability to provide auto insurance policies within minutes and availability by phone seven days a week until midnight, they stand out for their accessibility and flexibility. Notably, they can insure individuals even if they have DUIs, multiple tickets, accidents, or no driver’s license at all. The primary objective of the campaign was to scale their business and generate more leads for their sales team.

Project Overview

The goal was straightforward: increase the volume of leads for B.A. Lazaro Insurance’s sales team to contact and convert, thus driving growth and expanding their customer base.

Strategy and Implementation

To achieve this objective, Collecting Heads Media designed and executed a multi-platform advertising strategy:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): We ran post engagement ads with a strong “Call Now” call to action, encouraging immediate contact from potential clients. The ads were crafted to highlight the unique selling points of B.A. Lazaro Insurance, such as their availability, flexibility in handling high-risk clients, and fast policy issuance.
  • Google Ads (Performance Max Campaign): The Performance Max campaign focused on driving direct calls and message inquiries from prospective customers. By leveraging Google’s machine learning capabilities, we were able to target high-intent audiences actively searching for auto insurance solutions.

The campaigns were highly effective, delivering a 4:1 return on ad spend (ROAS). This means that for every dollar spent on advertising, B.A. Lazaro Insurance generated four dollars in revenue.
